EEG metrics

The EEG metrics database includes different connectivity measures as calculated using Brain Connectivity Toolbox (BCT) algorithms. EEG eyes-closed data were analyzed. BESA research was used for the data preprocessing while source activity was estimated through eConnectome toolbox algorithm. Eighteen regions of interest (ROIs) were selected as DMN components and ROIs time series were computed by averaging dipoles’ activation. DTF with significance testing was used as a metric of effective connectivity between the ROIs.
Thus, the file lists data for the following connectivity measures:
1. Mean characteristic path length (CPL)
2. Mean clustering coefficient (CC)
3. Density (D)
4. Small-worldness (SW)
5. In-strength
6. Out-strength
